These terms (the user agreement) apply to every visit to knightix.com and every purchase made in the store. By placing an order you accept them.

What we sell

Knightix sells digital activation keys for games, add-ons (DLC), software and prepaid cards. A key is redeemed on the platform named on the product page (for example Steam, PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop, Epic Games or Battle.net). No physical goods are shipped.

Region and platform

Every product page states the platform and the region where the key can be activated (for example “EU key”). Please check both before buying: a key bought for the wrong platform or region is not a reason for a refund.

Accounts

You may buy as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse or reselling keys in breach of these terms.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. The order is confirmed once the payment is received. We may cancel an order and refund the payment if a product turns out to be unavailable or was listed with an obvious pricing error.

Delivery

Keys are delivered digitally: by e-mail to the address given at checkout and in My account → Orders. Delivery is usually instant; in rare cases additional verification can take up to 24 hours.

Using keys

Keys are for personal use. Activation is subject to the rules of the respective platform, including its age ratings and account requirements.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering a valid, unused key. We are not responsible for the platform’s services, game content, server availability or the hardware requirements of the product — please check the system requirements on the product page.

Changes and contact
