This policy explains what personal data Knightix (knightix.com, “we”) collects when you use the store, why we collect it and what rights you have. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

  • Order data: name, e-mail address, country, optional phone number, ordered products, order amounts and payment status.
  • Account data: e-mail, username, password (stored encrypted) and order history, if you create an account.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited — collected through server logs and cookies (see the Cookies Policy).
  • Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by e-mail.

Why we use it

  • to process orders and deliver digital keys to your e-mail and account;
  • to provide customer support and handle refund requests;
  • to prevent fraud and keep the store secure;
  • to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records;
  • to send newsletters — only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with services needed to run the store: payment providers, the key distributor that supplies the purchased key, hosting and e-mail delivery providers. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is kept for the period required by accounting law. Account data is kept until you delete the account. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
